Working alongside multi award winning designers I-AM Associates we helped to develop this start-up restaurant leading the construction on site from start to finish. Raw concrete panels are complemented by the warmth of timber parquet and a tiled servery counter that evokes timeless Italian design. The pasta is centre-stage, handmade in front of the customers’ eyes. The restaurant provides a backdrop that complements the unpretentious energy and precision of this process.
